NOT AS REP!!!!!!! hahaha
All ye cork heads are not getting away that easy
Right i have just come off the phone with jason, and i have thought long and hard and decided to step down as charity drive organiser for this years drive. It was actually a really tough decision to step back from something that you know is making so many people happy, and i am sad to do so, but the show will go on with jay.
I have just started a new job, moved countys, just over surgery, getting physio, and among a pile of other shit including being a rep in cork ,jus feel i dont have the time to commit to what was one of the most fufilling things i ever did.
As soon as the 2009's loose ends are tied up that will be me done for this year.
I have told jay, that like any rep i will help out in my county(cork) for the success of the drive this year, and that i will help with the north aswell, as i know a few lads there, and also i will be going on this years drive and helping jay where needed, but the overall planning i am leaving with jay, and i think most of you will agree he is doing a marvellous job.
I just wanna say thanks to everyone who supported me in doin this with jay last year and raising €20000+ for the kids in crumlin , which was a thing i will be proud to have been part of organising for the rest of my life.
I will hopefully have settled down with everything by the time the drive comes round in 2011, and jay will take me back hahaha
But for now i will do my best with the little spare time i have.
And i hope ye will all support this years drive as best ye can.
Thanks for readingl
